I'm a Level 3 qualified deep tissue massage therapist specialising in Raynor Massage, Pregnancy Massage, and Korean Face Massage. My work is inspired by my late father, Tony, and my wish to help those living with aches, pains, or everyday stress.
I'm passionate about helping people manage pain and symptoms without medication, using natural, hands-on techniques that work with your body to restore balance.

Before any treatment, I take time to understand your pain history, lifestyle, and body. I check your posture, range of motion, and identify tension patterns that others might miss. Back pain often starts in the hips, and headaches can stem from the jaw or shoulders.
Root Cause Treatment
Using Raynor Massage techniques, I work beyond surface-level relief. I release tension stored in muscles, tendons, and the bands that connect them. These are areas that hold emotional and physical stress. This is deep, intentional work that creates real, lasting change.
Ongoing Progress
I track your progress between sessions and adjust my approach as your body responds. I also share simple stretches and self-care advice you can do at home. My goal is to help you feel better long-term, not just for a day.
