Policies & Important Information
All appointments must be made through our online booking system. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is secured. By booking, you agree to our clinic policies outlined here.
We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the full session fee being charged.
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment, as we do not have a waiting area. We kindly ask that you attend alone unless prior arrangements have been agreed. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment time to avoid impacting the next client.
Parking is available on-site. For privacy and security, the full clinic address will be provided once your booking is confirmed, as Évolé operates from a home-based clinic.
If you have any existing health conditions, injuries, or are under medical supervision, please consult your GP before booking to ensure massage therapy is suitable for you. It is your responsibility to inform your therapist of any relevant health concerns before your appointment. Treatments will only be provided where it is safe to do so. Évolé reserves the right to refuse or stop a session if there are any concerns about the client’s health, hygiene, or behaviour. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any relevant medical information prior to treatment.
Massage can sometimes cause mild temporary effects such as muscle soreness, light-headedness, or emotional release. This is normal and should pass within 24–48 hours. After your session, we recommend drinking plenty of fluids and taking time to rest to support your body in fully benefiting from the massage.
Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have any contagious illness (including cold, flu, or skin infections). In such cases, treatments will be rescheduled in line with our cancellation policy.
All treatments at Évolé are strictly professional, therapeutic, and non-sexual. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session and may be reported.
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who will remain in the treatment room at all times.
Payments for treatments are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
Limitation of Liability While every care is taken to ensure your safety and comfort, Évolé cannot accept responsibility for any adverse reactions that may occur after treatment.
At Évolé, your privacy is treated with the utmost respect. All personal information is stored securely and used only in accordance with UK GDPR regulations. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting Info.Evole@gmail.com.
